Questions about the order, downloads and use of the package are handled by e-mail. This does not limit rights regarding defects or the seller's statutory obligations.
Support scope: by e-mail; no separate installation assistance service is provided – installation is described in the included guides.

Order and download
- The download link is in the payment confirmation e-mail (together with the PDF invoice) and on the order page in SimpleShop.
- No e-mail, or the download does not work? Check your spam folder and write to us with your order number.
What to send about a technical problem
- Product version (in the package
README.md), operating system and Claude Code version. - The exact command or prompt and what you expected.
- What happened instead: error text or an anonymised screenshot.
- If possible, a small synthetic reproduction (e.g. a modified copy of
ukazka-web).
Never send passwords, API keys or client data. We do not ask for access to your account or whole project.
Complaints and withdrawal
Defects can be claimed under the terms. Withdrawal and a model form are on the withdrawal page.
What support does not cover
Building your specific website or graphics, managing your Claude account and third-party services. Your rights regarding defects are not affected.
