Withdrawal from the contract
Translation of the Czech document for information. The contract is concluded in Czech; the Czech version is decisive.
When you can withdraw
- As a consumer, within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving a reason, as long as the package has not been made available to you.
- In this version of the sale we deliver the package only right after payment is verified. In the form you give separate express consent to this and confirm you were informed. When the package is made available (payment confirmation e-mail with the download link), the right to withdraw without reason ends; the confirmation of your consent is in that e-mail.
- Before the package is made available, typically while the order waits for a bank transfer to arrive, you can withdraw without giving a reason.
- Rights regarding defects (complaints) remain.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement by e-mail to skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com or by post to CENTRUM BEZPEČNOSTI A OCHRANY s.r.o., Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5. You may use the model below; it is not mandatory. Sending the withdrawal before the period ends is sufficient.
Refund
We refund any payment received without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the method you paid with, unless we agree on another method at no extra cost. We cancel the order in SimpleShop; the customer download link then no longer delivers the file.
