Customer license
Translation of the Czech document for information. The contract is concluded in Czech; the Czech version is decisive.

1. What is provided
Instruction files (skills), references, bundled scripts, templates, samples and a guide within the scope of the order, in Czech. The license does not include the model or a Claude subscription, hosting, custom work or rights to the customer's third-party files.
2. Scope of use
After payment and delivery, the authorised user receives a non-exclusive right to use the package without territorial limitation, for the duration of the economic rights, for their own work and client projects. They may install it on their devices, keep backup copies and modify it for their own needs. For a legal entity, the license covers one specific working user designated by the buyer; another user needs another license.
Uploading the files to the user's own Claude account under the terms of that service is permitted use. This is not the customer's consent to any further use of their client data by the licensor.
3. What the license does not permit
Resale, public publication, passing the package to others as their working license, or presenting a substantial copy as your own product. Private modification does not entitle you to offer a new derived package to others. The restriction applies to the skills, tools and documentation themselves, not to general methods, ideas and facts not protected by law.
4. Client work results
The license does not prevent delivering an ordinary resulting website, text, graphics, specification, fix or handover document to a client. Modified templates and sample files (ukazka-web, ukazky-web, ukazky-grafika) may be used in client results. The client does not need to use our package or credit the licensor. The permission does not cover repackaging the skills and guides themselves into a new distributed product. The licensor does not claim the results of your work under this license; rights to them are also governed by the terms of the AI tool used, third-party rights and your contract with the client.
5. Fixes and updates
Consumer rights regarding defects and the right to necessary updates are not limited by the voluntary support period. Delivery of a version does not promise future features, new products or universal compatibility with other tools.
6. Rights and liability
The licensor grants the license only to the extent of the rights it actually holds. AI assistance in creating the package does not by itself prove copyright protection or exclusivity of every part; the SKILL.md format, standards and unprotected ideas are not the licensor's exclusive right. Model output must be verified; this does not exclude liability for product properties promised in the order and description. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
7. Relation to the order
The text valid for the specific order, which the customer receives together with the terms and conditions, is decisive. A later change of the license does not alter a concluded contract or worsen a license already purchased.
8. Third-party components
The folders bonus/frontend-design and bonus/webapp-testing are Anthropic works under the Apache 2.0 license (source github.com/anthropics/skills). They are available free of charge, the restrictions in Article 3 do not apply to them and they are governed by the included license. The bundled font Balicek Sans is a renamed derivative of DejaVu Sans with a separate license in FONT-LICENCE-DejaVu.txt. Origin and changes are described in THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md in the package.
