Delivery and payment terms

Delivery and payment

Payment methods

No payment method is active yet; sales are not open. Planned: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the GoPay gateway and bank transfer with a QR code and automatic matching. Cash and cash on delivery are not offered. Only methods the provider actually activates will be shown on the website and in the form.

Currency and language

Prices are in Czech crowns (CZK). Whether the SimpleShop form, the GoPay payment page and the invoice are shown in English has not been verified yet; they may appear in Czech.

Who processes payments

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are planned through the GoPay payment gateway; the gateway is not connected yet and these methods are not offered. Once connected, we will state its operator here; card details will be entered only on the gateway's secure page.

Orders and documents are managed in SimpleShop, operated by Redbit s.r.o., Company ID 24197190.

Fees

No shipping or payment-method surcharge is added. The price in the order is final.

When is it paid

Only when the payment provider or bank confirms the payment and the order is marked paid in SimpleShop. SimpleShop verifies this directly. Returning from the payment page, the thank-you page or scanning a QR code do not confirm payment.

Invoice

SimpleShop issues the invoice automatically after payment; it arrives as a PDF in the payment confirmation e-mail.

Delivery of the package

  • Right after payment is verified (with mandatory consent to losing the right of withdrawal): the payment confirmation e-mail with the PDF invoice and a download link for the ZIP; the same link is on the order page. The ZIP is not sent as an attachment.
  • Delivery after the withdrawal period is not offered yet.
  • The number of downloads is not limited. If something goes wrong, write to skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com with your order number. Save the downloaded ZIP; the license is for one user.

Verification status: delivery through SimpleShop has been verified in test mode. It has not been verified with a real payment; sales stay closed until then.
