SkillKitLab

Guide · version 1.4.0-rc4

Installation and a first verifiable task

Quick start in English. The full guide in the package (zakaznik/NAVOD.md and PDF) and the skills are in Czech.

  1. Unzip into a separate folderOpen ZACNETE-ZDE.md. For a first try, copy ukazka-web outside the package as a practice project.
  2. Run the installer as a preview firstWithout --apply nothing is written; with --apply it copies 30 skills into the project's .claude/skills. It never overwrites an existing different folder (returns CONFLICT).
    # Windows (PowerShell)
    py -3 nastroje/install_skills.py --project "C:\Projects\practice-site"
    py -3 nastroje/install_skills.py --project "C:\Projects\practice-site" --apply

    # macOS / Linux
    python3 nastroje/install_skills.py --project ~/projects/practice-site
    python3 nastroje/install_skills.py --project ~/projects/practice-site --apply
Add --bonus for both public bonuses, or use --user instead of --project to install into your user profile.
  3. Open the project in Claude CodeThe skills appear in the command menu (/web-projekt, /grafika-brief …). If not, start a new session and check the path <project>/.claude/skills/<name>/SKILL.md.
  4. Give a first taskYou can write to Claude in English; the skill instructions themselves are Czech. For example:
/web-projekt Review this small site. Keep the fictional brand
and the local preview without sending anything. Check the
calculator with a decimal comma, invalid inputs, keyboard,
links and widths 360/768/1280 px. Fix common local bugs and
write a short handover with evidence. Publish nothing.
Review the resulting files and run the listed checks. Output language with English prompts has not been tested.

On Windows use py -3 or python; python3 is often only a Microsoft Store shortcut. Serve the sample site with nastroje/serve_demo.py, which sends the right type for .mjs files.

Technical requirements

WhatWhen needed
Claude Code and your own authorised accessAlways. Not part of the product.
Python 3.10+Installer, demo server, SEO, SVG, localisation and redirect audits.
Node.js 20+HTML audit, calculator tests, smoke test.
Playwright + a browserOptional browser tests.
CairoSVG with the cairo library, or resvg-py; PillowSVG export to PNG/WebP/JPEG; PDF from SVG only with CairoSVG.
ReportLab and pypdfProof print PDF.

Dependencies are not in the ZIP and the installer does not download them. Install them into your own separate environment.

Limitations worth knowing

  • A skill is a written workflow, not a running program. Model output must be reviewed.
  • Audits are indicative: not a security certification or a full WCAG audit.
  • The print sample is an RGB proof PDF with boxes and embedded font, not PDF/X or CMYK.
  • On Windows without cairo, PDF export from SVG is not available; raster exports work via resvg-py.
  • Model pilot in Claude Code (closed 18 Oct 2026, partially run): 26 PASS and 2 partial out of 70 scenarios; a positive scenario passed for 20 of 30 skills, the remaining 10 (8 graphics, 2 web) have no positive PASS yet. One passed scenario does not fully verify a skill.

Updates and uninstalling

Back up before replacing folders, outside the active .claude/skills. Uninstalling means deleting only the installed skill folders, not the whole .claude or your site.
