Terms and conditions

Translation of the Czech document for information. The contract is concluded in Czech; the Czech version is decisive.

1. Seller and contact

CENTRUM BEZPEČNOSTI A OCHRANY s.r.o., Company ID 24958409, registered office Kurzova 2222/16, Stodůlky, 155 00 Praha 5, registered: Městský soud v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 446492. E-mail skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com, phone +420 730 252 740. The seller is not a VAT payer in the Czech Republic; the price is final.

2. Subject of the contract

The subject is the one-time digital content “Web a grafika – Skills pro Claude Code” in the version stated in the order: instruction files (skills), references, scripts, templates, samples and a guide in one ZIP file. The content is in Czech. It is not an AI subscription, access to Claude or a custom web development service. The full contents and technical requirements are published on the main page and in the guide before ordering.

A consumer is a person who, when concluding the contract, does not act within their business or profession. Stating a company ID alone does not decide the purpose of the purchase.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

Orders are sent through the SimpleShop sales form embedded on the main page. The system is operated by Redbit s.r.o., Company ID 24197190, as the seller's processor. Before sending, the customer sees the product, version, license scope, final price, payment method and the mandatory consent to immediate delivery and can correct the entered data.

In this version of the sale, the package is delivered only right after payment is verified (Article 6). The order is sent with the button “Order with obligation to pay”; by this the customer makes a binding offer to conclude the contract. After sending, SimpleShop automatically sends the message “Nová objednávka” (New order) with a summary and payment details to the order e-mail. With this message the seller accepts the order, and the contract is concluded when it is delivered; the withdrawal period runs from then (Article 9). The contract is concluded in Czech.

Without undue delay after the contract is concluded, and at the latest when the content is made available, the seller sends the customer by e-mail the full text of these terms, including the license and the withdrawal information in the version valid for the order, in a form that can be stored and displayed again unchanged (durable medium). A link to this web page does not replace that document.

4. Price and payment

The price stated in the order is final: CZK 990. No shipping or payment-method fees are added. The customer pays separately for their own Claude account, hosting and other services.

Available payment methods are shown directly in the order; only methods actually active with the provider are displayed. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments through the GoPay payment gateway are not active yet and are not offered in the order. For bank transfers, including QR payments, the amount being credited to the seller's account is decisive.

Payment is made once the payment provider or bank confirms it and SimpleShop marks the order as paid. Returning to the thank-you page or scanning a QR code does not prove payment. An unpaid order may be cancelled after the due date stated in the confirmation; a payment received after cancellation is refunded, or the order is reinstated by agreement.

5. Invoice

After payment is confirmed, SimpleShop issues the invoice automatically and the seller ensures it is sent by e-mail as a PDF to the order address.

6. Delivery

Delivery right after payment is verified. In the order, the consumer gives express consent through a separate mandatory checkbox to the content being made available before the withdrawal period ends and confirms they were informed that the right to withdraw without reason is thereby lost; the order cannot be submitted without this consent. The consent wording is shown in the order section. Delivery after the withdrawal period is not offered in this version of the sale.

After SimpleShop confirms the payment, the customer receives an e-mail at the order address with the PDF invoice and a download link for the customer ZIP file; the same link is available on the order page. The ZIP is not sent as an e-mail attachment. The message also confirms the consent and information on a durable medium.

The number of downloads is not limited. Unlimited downloads apply to the paid order; they do not extend the license (one user), do not permit further distribution and do not mean the link is guaranteed to stay available forever. If a download fails, the customer writes to skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com with the order number. The license allows keeping a personal backup copy.

7. Technical environment

Use requires your own access to Claude Code and the ability to work with local files. Optional tools need Python 3.10+ and Node.js 20+, Playwright for browser tests and the libraries listed in the guide for graphics export. Verified environments and limitations are described in the “Ověřený rozsah” document in the package and in the FAQ. Bundled checks are not a security certification or a full accessibility audit; model output must be reviewed.

8. License

The customer license for one user is part of the contract. The buyer may use the package for own and client projects within its scope; they may not resell or publicly share a substantial copy of the package. Two marked public components are governed by the Apache 2.0 license.

9. Withdrawal from the contract

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. In this version of the sale the package is delivered only with the consent under Article 6, so this right ends when the content is made available after payment is verified (e-mail with the download link), after express consent, prior information and its confirmation. As long as the content has not been made available, for example while the order waits for a bank transfer to arrive, the consumer may withdraw within the period without giving a reason. Rights regarding defects are not affected.

Withdrawal can be sent by e-mail to skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com or to the registered office, for example using the model form. Sending it before the period ends is sufficient. We refund any payment received without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise at no extra cost. After withdrawal we cancel the order in SimpleShop; the customer download link then no longer delivers the file.

10. Defects and complaints

The seller is responsible for the content matching its description, the guide and the agreed and statutory properties. For one-time delivery, a consumer may claim defects that appear within two years of being made available. Variation in AI model output does not by itself exclude liability for the delivered product.

Send complaints to skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com or to the registered office, with the order number, a description of the defect, contact details and the requested remedy. The seller confirms receipt, removes the defect within a reasonable time given the nature of digital content and reports the result. If the defect cannot be removed, or other statutory conditions apply, the consumer is entitled to a reasonable discount or to withdraw. We only ask for necessary cooperation (version, environment, anonymised reproduction), never passwords or client data.

11. Support and updates

Questions about the order, downloads and use of the package are handled by e-mail at skillkitlab.contact@gmail.com. Support scope: by e-mail; no separate installation assistance service is provided – installation is described in the included guides. This does not limit rights regarding defects or the seller's other statutory obligations. The seller provides updates necessary to keep the content in conformity with the contract for the period that can reasonably be expected. We inform the customer by e-mail at the order address about any available update necessary to keep the content in conformity with the contract and explain how to obtain it. If the customer does not install such an update within a reasonable time, we are not liable for a defect resulting solely from that, provided we informed them of the update and the consequences of not installing it. New features and new products are not automatically part of the purchase.

12. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in the privacy information. The purchase is not conditional on marketing consent.

13. Disputes

The contract is governed by Czech law. If the buyer is a consumer habitually resident in another country, this choice does not deprive them of the protection afforded by provisions of that country's law that cannot be derogated from by agreement. A consumer may submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority: coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.

14. Final provisions

The contract is governed by the version of these terms effective at the time of the order; later changes do not alter a concluded contract. The product is independent; Anthropic is neither its seller nor guarantor.
