Payment pending confirmation
We have your order, but the provider has not confirmed the payment yet. Until then there is no invoice and no download access.
- Bank transfer or QR payment: crediting and matching depend on the bank; a sent payment is processed automatically once it arrives.
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay: if you did not finish the payment, repeat it using the link in the order confirmation.
